Why wear three when one will do?
Well, it’s subjective of course, but in a world of ‘High Street’ fashion there is something very appealing about creating your own individual look by putting several items together in your own way.
It all started with friendship bracelets. Pretty on their own, but taken to a whole new level when stacked together up a (preferably tanned) arm. For the best effect try mixing narrow bead bracelets with cord or leather in complimentary colours and make sure they are all of a similar diameter so they sit nicely together (the pull to close or stretchy ones are the best).
Dig around in your jewellery box and you’ll probably find some long forgotten little gem that will look totally different when worn with a couple of other bracelets!
You can try the same approach with necklaces of different lengths too – try and make sure the colours or styles are similar so they work well together. Danish jewellery brand Hultquist http://www.fizzy-flower.co.uk/hultquist-jewellery/ have a gorgeous selection of narrow bead and leather bracelets which work well stacked together and also some different length necklaces which combine well.
