Returns

Our returns policy is 30 days, or 7 days for sale items.  The goods must be returned unworn and undamaged in the original packaging.  We do not refund postage costs and we reserve the right to charge an administration fee.  So we can handle your return efficiently please:

1. Email us at hello@fizzy-flower.co.uk, we’ll be able to arrange a returns address for you asap.
2. Ensure you enclose a copy of your receipt or order number
3. Post it back to us at the address provided on return email - we recommend that you use a tracked service. 

damaged items

Prior to despatch we check each piece of jewellery to ensure that it is in perfect condition when it leaves us. We package each item appropriately to ensure that it reaches you in the same condition. However, in the unlikely event of your jewellery arriving damaged please let us know immediately – i.e. within 7 days from the date on your receipt, and we will arrange to provide a replacement (or where the item is no longer available, a refund).

Natural materials like pearls, gemstones and leather are delicate and need to be cared for appropriately. Please take care not to spray perfume on to your jewellery and always remove it before sleeping or bathing. We regret we cannot exchange or refund customer damaged goods (your statutory rights are not affected).

To ensure consistency, and the best possible representation of the products we sell, we use our own product photographs.  We therefore own the copyright and all rights associated with these images, which may not be reproduced without prior permission.  Please note that since many of the items we sell contain natural materials like semi precious stones and leather there may be natural variations in colour and texture from one piece to another.
